I had my ultrasound and the tech says she is 90% sure that it is a girl. Hooray! They took all kinds of measurements and looked at the baby's spine, and heart and brain and they said everything looks absolutely perfect. What a relief!
So now vote for a name for me. My husband and I are going back and forth between :
Kiley Denise
and
Kassidy Denise
What do you think? Middle name has to be Denise and first name has to start with a "K". So this is what we have come up with over the last 9 mos or so. (We started picking out names during my first pregnancy)
Talk to you chicks later. Hope everyone is doing well. Thank you for all the prayers, encouragement, and good vibes!
Oooooooooooooh! Congrats Jennie! You're gonna have a BEAUTIFUL baby girl! That is wonderful news!!! I think the name Kiley Denise is very pretty and unique! YAY!
Jennie, that's wonderful news!!
I'll vote for Kiley. Kassidy makes me think of Sean Cassidy. (whom you've probably never heard of, so don't worry about it. )
Stay well, sweetie!!
sorry for intruding ~smiling softly~ firstly Congratulations on your blessing!! secondly may i toss out another K name that i heard and thought it was so beautiful. everything surrounding it is, well to me it is. the name is Kailean, pronounced Kay-lee-an or at least thats how i pronounce it. ~laughing~ also i believe its a Star or Constellation which is where i heard it from. when i read it i thought there is no greater gift from heaven then that of a child. and the greatest gift i could give or instill in my child is to reach for the stars, the skys the limit.
again congrats, whatever name you choose will be beautiful.
congrats jennie, that is wonderful news!!! if you are looking for k names my suggestion is kiersten. i'm with ellis on the cassidy thing. i do like kiley though good luck choosing
I, too, vote for Kiley. If you are going to have a different spelling, it's easier for your child if it is for a name that others don't usually spell with a C. Kassidy is usually with a C, so she's going to be known as Kassidy with a K, so I'd go with Kiley. Also, no reference for Sean Cassidy either.
We've pretty much decided on Kiley. We would do Kaitlyn but we know WAY too many Katie's! I love the name Kiersten but my hubby doesn't like it, and sassy, I love the name Kailean but DH thinks it will be miss-pronounced too much, but he does think its beautiful. It sounds hawaiian. My DH's sister was born in Hawaii so they gave her a Hawaiian name, Kalolana.
