  • July Challenge
    I am new to this as of today. I have already joined the President's Challenge and log in about 350 minutes a day between bicycling with my son, walking in Baltimore during lunch breaks and dancing at the Cantina when I am not working or going to college or training with the national guard. Maybe I should stay out of this July challenge until I see what the average is and if I am not going to be on the high or low end of the group you have here.

    How do I become a member of your forum anyway? Is it open to new members or closed?

  • I'm not sure how to log the exercise challenge. I see people put the dates in for the whole of July, but I'm not sure how to go back and edit a previous post. Is that how you edit to add your exercise? Or am I missing something very obvious somewhere? I've done that before.
