Breakfast was... 2 eggs with shredded cheese sprinkled over them, 2 slices canadian bacon, and a cup of lemon yerba mate tea
Snack was a cheese stick
Lunch was a bowl of vegetable soup
I'm thinking of snacking on a SF fudgesicle.... I got a little carried away with the carrots and hummus, I know hummus is okay, but I shouldn't be eating that many carrots!
Dinner will be romaine lettuce with organic creamy garlic dressing and a half cup ricotta cheese
I'm going to a hockey game with some friends tonight and out for cocktails, so I guess my two weeks back on phase I won't officially start until Monday. :-D

Sflake great idea are you going to do this daily? It is a great way to be accountable. I will however not put down what I ate as it will not fit. LOL, on the other hand I will keep this in mind when I start my day off tomorrow.

Default 11-8-03 menu

Yesterday was my first day at work on SBD, day 6. I work 12 hour night shifts...7pm-7am, so it can be difficult to adjust to the time schedule changes. Work was quite busy, I am a neonatal ICU nurse, so being busy was good, it kept my mind off food! I also was able to take the leftover candy from Halloween to work. We haven't cheated at all this first week, but Herb said the tied up bag of leftover candy was beginning to tempt him.

B: scrambled egg, 2 slices turkey bacon, coffee

S: celery sticks/cucumber slices dipped in hummus

L: hamburger patty, salad with veggy's, cheese, egg, SF fudgesickle

S: piece of LF farmers cheese

S, before leaving for work: SF fudgesickle

D?--at work at about 1:30am: spaghetti squash with putanesca sauce, lean pork loin-baked, green beans, 15 almonds

Lots of iced tea and some water

Well, it is JUST lunch time here, but I just finished breakfast an hour ago.

Breakfast: two pieces Canadian Back Bacon and two fried eggs.

No snack: Never have one in the morning.

Lunch: Roast Beef Sandwiched between two pieces of Iceberg Lettuce.

Snack: If hungry, will have string cheese

Dinner: Grilled Salmon, salad and veggies

Yogurt sweetened with Splenda.

Snack: nuts.

This is day 13 for me, and I did lose 10 pounds the first 2 weeks. Had to cut it short due to heart palipitations which seem to have vanished now that I have added just a few carbs.

Here goes:
B. vegetable hash with 2 slices Canadian bacon and 1/2 cup egg beaters. V8 juice. For the hash I used one small zucchini, 1 green onion, 4 mushrooms, and diced the bacon. Put it all in Food processor to chop it up. cooked in nonstick pan with olive oil spray, seasoned with table ready Mrs. Dash. then mixed the eggbeaters into it. It is good with cheese added, also you can make wells in the hash and put regular eggs in, like you would with corned beef hash.

S. String Cheese Stick

L. Chicken salad over romaine lettuce. used light done right mayo
almonds

S. almonds

D. vegetable beef soup 1/2 cup
large Salad with 2 tbs ranch dressing
broiled scallops,
Mixed vegetable-broccoli/cauliflower/carrots.
jello

S. Blue bunny raspberry creamsicle type SF & FF
