I don't think you can use the creamed soups. I don't have the book, but if you'll look at the nutrition information on the cans I think you'll be able to tell from that. Maybe I'm wrong though and someone else will give you that info... I think on phase one it's easier if you eat your foods plain.. What I mean by plain is not in casseroles. It just seems to work best if you have your meat, veggies and salad all separate, at least that's what I did, not saying it's right for everyone. I love casseroles etc but I find it's easier to overeat like that too..
