Regarding the official South Beach diet website. Is there anyone that has tried it? Is is worth the $35.00? This site is terrific as is Prevention.com, so I am not sure what I would gain. I have been on South Beach since the beginning of September, and really love it. I have been wavering since then on whether or not to join the official site. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Hi I joined the official SBD web, I don't think that it was worth the money. I didn't renew after the six weeks. I think you will get more information and support here. Good luck.
I also did the 6 week trial and did not renwe. There's nothing really new that you don't know by reading the book. There are some things there that are extra such as being able to print out shopping lists, meal plans, etc but not worth the money IMHO.
