Yesterday someone posted the new and improved list of foods for phase one. I can't find it now! I copied it and saved it, but I just wanted to thank that person. Last night I enjoyed 1/2 T. of steak sauce on my steak....yummy, and allowed!! That new list really cleared up a lot of questions...wish I had it 2 weeks ago!

Took a "Latin Dance" aerobics class this morning!
Don't ask me how it went!
All I can say, is that everyone in there was ver-r-ry
much younger than I ...but I was movin' and
groovin' for an hour!
