Ok, it's 2 days in so not too late to join. I'm going for 750 minutes. (it's a short month this year ;-))
1: 25 minutes walking.
2: 20 minutes weights/10 min stretching
3- 35 minutes walking

6- 30 minutes shoveling
7- 60 minutes total (20 weights, 30 walking, 10 stretching)
8- 30 minutes walking
9- 30 minute low impact aerobics, 15 min stretching
(I am trying to be more mindful of stretching; I don't think I do it enough and I know it will be increasingly important as I age)
10- 50 minutes (20 weights, 20 aerobics, 10 stretching)
11- (didn't I post this already?? must be losing my mind) nothing but cleaning!
12- 60 minutes- weights/aerobics/stretching
13- 35 minutes brisk walking
14- 25 min aerobics + stretching
15- 35 minutes walking
16- 45 minutes (weights, aerobics)17-
18-
19- 45 minutes (weights + aerobics)
20-
21-(cleaning out my parents' house....)
22- 45 minutes walking
23- 35 minutes walking
24-nope
25- 50 minutes (weights/aerobics/stretch)
26- 45 min walking
27- 50 min (weights/aerobics/stretch)
28- 30 min walking
