Angry starting program Monday?

I was looking over the menus for the SBD. The breakfast said vegetable juice cocktail and tomato juice. Did yall use that too? I'm not crazy about v-8!!! help

Jackie, the great thing about SBD is that you don't have to eat anything you don't like! There are a lot of options for breakfast...and you certainly don't have to follow the menus in the book. Just stick to the list of acceptable foods and you'll do just fine! Good luck!

I do not like V-8 Sam I am!!

I did drink the tomato juice. Someone earlier said that Tang has a sugar free version.

You can pick and choose what you want to eat/drink as long as it is on the foods list.
Check the lists at the top of this board.
