My weight is slowly inching downward but slow is ok. I am reminding myself this is about a long term way of lifetime eating, not a "diet". I am following the SB principles (veggies, veggies and more veggies!) but still tracking my calories. Otherwise it is just too easy to overdo the portions. I think all these years living with men has influenced me; teenage boys playing sports probably need 6,000 calories a day! Me? Not so much.
