I ended up driving all over the place yesterday. I did get my work shoes then my friend wanted to join me so we went to WhFoods for lunch then got a call to go look at used washer/dryer set for SIL and grandkids. At that point it seemed the right thing to just drop my friend off near home rather than have her take multiple busses. Boy, was I glad to get home. Today-stay home. Period.

Good morning. Today is Judgement Day for the Fair Schoolwork entries. I am making a thermos of coffee and heading over to the Fair Hall for 7:30. At least the weather is coolish - that upstairs hall was really, really stifling the other day.

Audrey and I had a fun, successful, shopping day yesterday while Maggie was at camp and enjoyed a nice lunch out. I love how she feels she can confide in me. Today I have the morning off, but late this afternoon I'm driving Audrey and her BFF, Becky, to Bethany Beach, DE, and staying overnight with the girls until Becky's family gets there tomorrow. Becky's parents own a gorgeous, ocean front condo, right on the beach, and it will be wonderful to have the place to ourselves, just the girls and me.

I'll have to call my Dad shortly to let him know the change of plans and that I'll be coming over this morning to take care of his meds and run his errands. I'm sure he won't mind.

I had the most bizarre dreams last night! So am feeling very unrested this morning. Would love to get a nap in today but we've got two service appointments scheduled for sometime this afternoon. I'm working the closing shift. We'll be getting ready for the sidewalk sale this weekend - I'll be working a lot in the coming days and will be glad when we get through this. I'm looking forward to going back to my few hours a week and hope the new manager, who starts the 20th, will accommodate me like the old manager did.

Going to be another rainy day blah! DD2 had a blast had her party so it was a success and only had 1 friend spent the night so not a full house.

Today and tomorrow is wfh and I have a ton of reports that I need to take care of today.
