Hi All!!

Another Newbie to South Beach!!

Today is day two of phase one for me and while it is still early I am going to say - So far so good!!

I am 35 years old and I have about 30-35lbs to lose.....which I would love to have lost all or most of by my birthday in mid-September!!

If there are any other newbies out there and you would like a support partner - let me know!!
