Maybe it is only new in my area, but 4C now makes whole wheat bread crumbs. I made the most delicious chicken parm over spaghetti squash tonight. I may have a second piece! Just thought I would share with the gang

Thanks, Jennifer. I will have to look for those.

In the meantime, I have taken to using finely chopped almonds as a coating for fish and chicken in place of bread crumbs. Makes a pretty good substitute.
