I haven't been here for awhile - and I haven't paid much attention to my diet for awhile either, so thought before the holidays get too close, now is the time! And the support from this forum (and all the goal! pics, will really help).
Last January, I started South Beach and by May had lost about 30 lbs! It was great, going from a size 14 to an 8, from over 170 to 140. I've gained back between 5 and 10 lbs because I strayed from the diet and didn't get as active as I had hoped.
As of today, I'm back in Phase I. My goal is to lose another 20 lbs and fit into a size 6. There was a day way back when I could fit into a 4, but I'm older now, so trying to be realistic.
Looking forward to reading all the great posts, recipes and stories of success.
