I'm in! I've regained all the weight I lost 2 years ago (and probably more, but I'm scared of the scale right now), and I don't want to pile on more over the holidays. I'm going back to P1 tomorrow. I've got to break this sugar addiction and regain control of my health, emotions, and overall wellness.

I am new to the Board - just found it after my first week of SB (including what is lovely referred to as the SB flu). Now, feeling fabulous and wanting to continue. I am committed to being on program through the holidays and really grateful to have found a site with support to help me with my goals (and hopefully my sharing to help others with theirs!) Happy to find and join like-minded people on the journey to a healthier place.

Now, on to figure out how to get my avatar and stats listed....
