Just woke up at 3:15pm. It was a loooong 26-hour shift yesterday but the vending machine garbage food wasn't too enticing, and beside the dark choco dipped orange slice, I was totally on plan.
Today: P1D8 Wt: 170.8 Brunch: Broccoli cheese soup Supper: Went out before grocery shopping as there was almost no food in the house: 3 thai chicken drummets and a chicken breast with goat cheese, bok choy, and chickpeas Sn: SF fudgesicle? |

School's starting so this week is going to be a stressful one.

B: mini green monster, almonds, freeze-dried banana and strawberry L: tuna salad sandwich on high-fiber bread, with tomato and spinnach D: Cranberry chicken & spinach salad with walnuts, tomatoes, tiny bit of goat cheese, and balsalmic S: SBD "choc cake" (egg/cocoa mix) with lite cool whip Water: over 10 cups Exercise: 1/2 mile walk and jog + abs workout Today: B: Green monster L: chicken sausage with peppers & onions S: light yogurt D: @Famous Daves Wings - salad with chicken |

Wt: 171.2 -- guess I won't be seeing the 160s this week. This probably has much to do with my excess snacking though it was OP and I was always under 1400 cals. Oh well... I'll just have to push extra-hard next week!! B: Leftover turkey chili L: My attending is taking us to Earls for lunch. I'm gonna have a spinach salad with chicken and goat cheese. S: Lasagna stuffed bell peppers are in the slow cooker :D |

Well last night was far from perfect. I was thrown a surprise party complete with all sorts of bad food. Scale is, of course, up today and I'm a bit hungover :o I think I'll extend P1 by an extra few days before transitioning just to be sure my cravings are all gone since I wasn't totally clean for the first 14.
