Default Carrots

Hi.

I have the book and they don't mention carrots as an allowed food in Phase 1. I thought I read somewhere that they were now permitted raw but not cooked in Phase 1. Are they?

As far as I remember and per the allowable food list, carrots are a no-no until Ph 2

They're a Phase II food item. Sorry!!!
