Due to phase I...not only did I NOT EAT a roll from Texas roadhouse (**takes bow...thank you, thank you very much**)...they asked me to make cookies for school tomorrow. I made over 4 dozen oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, and I had only one bite to make sure they passed my seal of approval (they were fabulous...but I stopped!). Not even the dough!!
Yesterday I was planting my fall garden and the shorts I always wear kept riding very low and every time I bent over I could feel a breeze. lol Thank goodness I was in my back yard and no one could see me. I can pull them straight off without unbuttoning. It's time for new gardening shorts.
I tried on a pair of khaki shorts I haven't been able to wear for 2 years. They fit perfectly!! I couldn't even button them before. THis prompted me to fish out some more clothes from my closet, I feel like I have a new wardrobe now. I'm down approximately 1-2 sizes.
Coming back from 2 weeks in Germany, France, & Switzerland, my loose pants are still loose! Yay!
And... because of weight lifting, I was the one helping people lift their carry-ons into the overhead bins on the airplane. For the first time in my life, I am strong!
