I lost 5.5 out of the 6 pounds I was aiming for. I'm happy with that as I had many over indulgences and off-plan eats!
Edited to add: Seems like I hit my 6 pound goal just one day late. Yeah!

I started sbd on July 18, i was fairly rigid with following the rules with few cheats,on thursday july 28 total lbs lost was 7.5-very happy,i decided to move to phase two three days early and begin to incorporate weightwatchers points plus as a way to track how i was doing. However, each of the mornings since then i have gained 5 lbs.. Is this normal with the "switch" and will this balance out as long as i am careful or is there something i am missing-----just a little scared
IMHO: It is important to have a fully clean Phase 1 under your belt for the entire 2 weeks. Although 7.5 is a great loss! Most people do gain as they try to figure out what combo of fruit and grains is right for them (what triggers cravings, etc), but 5 pounds each day? That is a bit much. Feel free to post a menu or two in the forum and I am sure we can help you move through it. Also do a search for Phase 1.5 that should help you.
I lost 1.6 of my 4 lb goal. (167.6 -> 166.0). But I'm staying positive - I'm doing this for the long haul so I just gotta stick with it and it will come. Working on my patience as well as my body =P
