Good luck! I absolutely love South Beach. The key is to get creative with your meals or else you will get bored QUICK. There are so many ideas and recipes in this forum that are really good and you see just how easy it is to eat this way for life!

Welcome! You'll love it. I was overwhelmed at first, but you'll quickly acclimate. You'll feel so great, and also lose. Sometimes I'm sitting there relaxing and wonder why I'm not up using the energy I have. So I do it. I'm so much more productive and full of life, its indescribable. I hope the same for you.
I started SB on MOnday...so I'm on Day 4. Day 2 was a killer for me I all thought about was carbs. Today I have to say was a good day. I meal plan the night before and I have not had any crazy cravings. Good Luck !
