Sophie, after years of having to be at work and in "corporate dress", I still wake around five. I usually am in bed shortly after ten and asleep by 10:30. I'd go earlier but the doggage need a potty break around ten.

HI EVERYONE! Hey, been watching closely and still haven't seen anything from TallandThin. Anybody heard from her?

I just had a "whoosh" this morning. Thank you scale! This weekend is going to be rough though. We're eating out Saturday night with friends, and it's Valentine's Day weekend so I'm hoping to behave myself, but it's also my TOM (today is P Day) so I'm going to need help in the self-control and will-power department.

We travelled early this morning and arrived safely to find broken pipes. It's taken most of the day to get straightened out, but we did get to the pool.
