Potty paths, yep Charley has them and sometimes we have sheets down on top of the cleared paths so his feet won't freeze to the grass/snow.

I am jealous Kara, how exciting, my BFF was stationed there in the early 90's so we went and stayed with her for a week, it's just beautiful there you will enjoy it.
I am back at work, 2 DD's have another snow day. DS just has one class but I am sending him in since the major roads are all clear.
Just waiting to hear when the claim adjuster is coming to look at truck so we can get it fixed. DH is mad that neighbors insurance is not covering but what can you do?
Morning! Quick fly-by. Made it in to work no problem. Chris went out to start my car this morning and the door handle completely pulled out, like.... unglued. It's not broken - you can open it from the inside. So I have to dump it off at the auto place tomorrow to see how much it'll cost and if it's covered by warranty or not. Whee. Hoping it's just an easy fix.... glue it back in and POOFKA. $5. Right?

Schmoodle I hear you on crawling back to Phase 1. I am doing a Phase 1/WW combo. BUT, I decided that yesterday would be a good day to start, and since we have been iced in for a couple of days I don't have a lot of food to start with. Oh well, it needs to happen!

Yay it's Thursday! Thursday is yoga day for me so I always look forward to it.
It's chilly in the office today but not as cold as most of you must have it. Yay for sunshine in California.
Things are going well, I'm still on plan and still seeing the scale move down... I think that mixing calorie counting or WW with SB is a good plan.
I'm wondering a little about the 4 hour body- a friend of mine is trying it but I just don't think it's that sustainable a plan. Some things are similar to SB, but there's a cheat day where you're supposed to binge and I just don't know if I could handle that. It'd be too tempting to keep binging.
Morning, ladies. No time for personals right now...just popping in real quick. I've got porkchops defrosting in the sink right now. Tonight's dinner plans are some sesame pork chops (I found the recipe on cooks.com but I'm eliminating the honey in the recipe b/c, well, I hate honey and I'm not going to spend the $4 for a small bottle of Agave), crack slaw (never made it before...oooh!!!) and sugar snap peas. YUM!!!
Tonight is Jersey Shore night...me and the roomie will be heading to our friend, Varonika's, house to enjoy the show. I know, it's a train wreck...I just can't look away!!!
A good friend of mine wants me to do a bike race w/ him on the 26th. I looked at it the other day and the shortest ride is 15 miles. EEK!!! He keeps trying to talk me into it, though, and I don't get to spend much time w/ him anymore since his girlfriend decided she was jealous of our relationship a while back...so I'm really considering doing it in hopes that at least this will get his girlfriend to be more accepting. I guess we'll see.
