I am hoping for 5 lbs this month and each month after that. Then I would only be 8 lbs away from goal to start the New Year (and 15 lbs lighter!).

I just want to be back under 200! UGH! lol, thats only 12lbs for me, but the rate I have been going at it will never happen! and thats only like less than a lb a week! but hey, thats my goal!

I'm shooting for a 10-lb. loss between now & January 1. That'll get me down to 191. It's going to be TOUGH because this is our year to travel for the holidays and that means LOTS of food and not a lot of exercise, especially during Christmas.

Wow for January hmm?
Is it weird I'm not really working towards a goal right now? I have this vague idea of being skinnier for my trip in March, but I haven't aimed at specific-ness.

So January 1, 2011... that is roughly 7-8 weeks. I would LOVE to be under 200 lbs. That is 32 lbs from now though. It's probably too close for THAT but to be as close as possible!

So let's shoot for 20 lbs down. Let's shake a fist at those holidays and cry, "Fie! Fie I say!"

I would be absolutely thrilled to lose 15 lbs by yr end (which is halfway to my goal). That would put me at 160 which I haven't seen for about 4 yrs.
