Hello all!

I am on day 2 of Phase 1 and so far, so good. My dh and sil are also doing it so there is a bunch of support. Dh and I have done SBD before so we feel pretty comfortable with it and know that it works.

I'm really excited to be eating healthy again. My hardest obstacle is my sweet tooth. I've stayed on plan for the first two days, one of which was my day off Jell-o is my saving grace!!

Can't wait to get to get to know you more!

Nat, My 'saving grace' is a spoon of peanut butter mixed with a little sf maple syrup. It's a yummy, filling 'sweet'. Welcome to the Beach!

Hi everyone!! My name is Kim and I was born, raised and still living in Miami, Florida. My husband and I have three girls....ages 17, 13 and 6 that keep us very busy.

I am on day 5 of Phase 1 and doing good this time around. I tried the SB diet a few years ago but didnt have the support at home so it didnt work for me. This time around my husband is on the plan with me, as well as a good friend.....having the support there is HUGE!!

Last night at the library I stumbled across the 3FC book and decided to check it out. I look forward to getting to know all of you on our new journey of healthy eating

Hi KDHW and

I, too, had previously tried SB, and at the time I just wasn't ready. I stumbled across 3FC and decided the time was now.

I'm really happy with this WOL and love that I'm getting healthier every day AND losing weight.

The group support really helps. I check in every day and hope to see you posting. I jumped right in on the daily thread and got to know everyone during P1.

Best wishes to you and your family.

I am a September starter too...I'm nervous about being able to stick with this diet. Does anyone have any inspirational stories to share? I could use some encouragement so I know that this can really work!
Thanks, I hope everyone is having a great weekend!
