Just want to say I have done really well on the 1st week. I know it will slow down for my own good. This is a great start. Almost 5lbs. I am hardly hungry except when it gets close to mealtimes. On to the 2nd week!
Melanie! Although your weight loss will slow down on Phase 2, you'll still continue to notice changes in your body and the way your clothes will fit. Keep up the good work!
