While I never found the time to post to the daily chat thread, I do feel like I know a few of you a little here; so I wanted to say a quick goodbye. I am moving over to the WW thread for a bit. I've been losing and gaining the same 5 pounds over and over again since January and feel I need to change up my plan to get the scale moving again. I plan to do SB still, just adding WW points to make sure my portions are in control. I'll visit that thread for a while and will come back here when I see 150!
