Here we are once again! I don't think my goal was met in March, but it was still improved from February... so I am going to shoot for 1000 minutes this month!!!!!

Wow, I feel like a great big wimp compared to you exercise rockstars, but I'm just getting started so I think my goal for April will be something I'm pretty sure I can handle as long as I stick with it. I'm shooting for 400 minutes.

i have yet to meet my goal on this but i have been walking max alot and getting to the gym more so i am gonna commit to 1000 which is way higher than i usually commit to.

April minutes target: 1000

1 30 min walk/run with max and 30+ minute walk with bf
2 40 minute walk with bf...man he lives around a lot of hills
3 20 min. elliptical, 15 min. bike, 25 min. lower body=1 hour
4 45 min. walking max and with bf
5 30 min. walking/running max (starting to be able to run more) & 30 min. walk with bf later on

6 20 min. treadmill (1 mile in 16:19)/100 push-up challenge and ab workout 10 min./30 min. walk/run max
7 35 min. walk/run on treadmill (2 miles in 32 minutes)
8 90 min. gym (15 min. bike and 75 min. upper body workout)
9 30 min. walk with max and bf
10 rest
11 20 min. walk/run on treadmill (1 mile in 15:45) and 30 min walk with bf
12 1 hour walking with max and bf

13 cut brush all day (to sore to move after this)
