Thanks for reminding me h, Survivor tonight! Kara, that is my problem, I live in the house of no closets, so anything not currently in use has to go in the attic. Gonna, that is so fun! What a great DH! I'm sure you'll have a fantastic weekend.

Ok, so I am watching Fit tv on satelite and they have this workout thing on called All Stars Workout, it's crazy. It's african and latino dance workout. They move so fast and do moves that I know I would never be able to do. Wow!!! It's crazy.
Gonna, happy anniversary! I can't wait to hear where you're going!!! For our fifth anniversary, we went out to a Japanese restaurant. I was very pregnant with Kadyn so it wasn't a very exciting outing.
Tawnya, All Star Workouts changes every episode. Sometimes it's crazy dance workout, sometimes it's a boot camp thing, sometimes it's that nutty half ball, sometimes it's yoga or pilates... It's a great program! FitTV rocks!

Morning everyone - 30 posts already?!? I can't keep up! I'm going to have to go back to my routine of getting up at 6 am just to post!
DH is on his way home - should get in shortly after I get off of work. Thank goodness because I really need the sleep! I hate how fit-full my sleep is when he's gone and I really hate being tired at work all day. I may go home at lunch and take a 30-minute snooze.
Kara-now it's Gilad's Body in Motion. I just got done doing the first warm up part and I'm already hot and perspiring.(sp?). That one was alittle intense but feels good. He's back from commercial. Gotta go.
Kara: Thanks for asking! The doc is on vacation until next Friday, so he said that unless it was really bad, we wouldn't hear anything until he gets back. DH made an appointment with him the following Monday, I think, so that's when we'll hear.
Zeff - Have a great day with your mom. Also, what's agave nectar? I've seen it on the board a lot and I think I understand that it's a sweetener, but how does it work, and why does it work on the program?
It's just that.....nectar from the agave fruit. It has a very low glycemic level, but still isn't ok for P1 (I've heard mixed things on the board, but to be safe...) I use it now that I'm on P2 instead of Splenda. It doesn't give me as much gas (excuse the TMI) and bloating as Splenda and still tastes great. It has a taste reminiscent of honey.
Kara & Zeff - Thanks for the info on the nectar. Good to know, I might find some and use it in my tea. Is Trader Joes a good place to find it? Or might it even be in a really large/well stocked grocery store?
I am fairly sure that a Brazilian wax is where they wax your bikini area into this narrow little strip - so you can wear your skinny mini Rio bikini bottoms.
