i started P1 for the first time in Dec. and lost 15 lbs since. plus one more pound this week so far. i'm ecstatic! i stalled for about 9 days and got really frustrated, then started working out to dvds for 30min each day and WHAM it started back up again.
i have yet to go back up, but i'm sure that's something i will have to cope with in the future as i get deeper into P2 and closer to my GW. so, for those experiencing the holiday gain, i don't know how it feels, but i do know how sitting at one number and not budging feels, and that's bad enough! hang in there!
