OK... I'm in... My goal is pretty small. I've been on the Beach for a month now and haven't added exercise. Doing ANYTHING will be better than I did in June. This may be just what I need to get moving.

Goal to do something physical daily: either work out at the gym for 45 minutes or do some other physical stuff. I won't count the minutes, just the doing!
July 1 - stood on my feet and walked around for 12 hours!
