Hi there. I don't post at 3FC too often, so I hope I can jump into the core group here.
I have done core in the past, and this time around on WW, I started off with core but felt I was not stopping when I needed to, so I switched back to flex. I did great for about three weeks....I started eating too many "treats" and then before I knew it, I was off the wagon. I made the executive decision (hehehe) to return to core today. I think I need core to be more accountable of what I'm eating and eat better overall.
