  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, peaches, equal

    Lunch: Sirloin burger, dry bun (3 points) FF Bordens Cheddar cheese slice, raw onion, pickle, ketchup, and fresh fruit

    Snack: Some grapes

    Dinner: Chipotle Burrito bol (chicken, pinto beans, lettuce, tomato salsa, hot salsa, cheese for 3 points, guacamole); brown rice made with chicken broth

    Dessert: I'm probably not that hungry but I'm obsessed since this is my first day back on. Chocolate Frosty Smoothie

    16 ounces decaf black; 64 ounces water; 12-24 ounces decaf diet Pepsi

    Salad with romaine, radishes, purple onion, strawberries, kiwi slices, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing

  • Breakfast: 1/2 banana, 4 oz sf/ff lemon yogurt, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: greek salad w/feta cheese, olive oil/oregano dressing, some turkey slices for extra protein!

    Snack: lf cottage cheese/fruit cup, apple

    Exercise: 45 minute walk (pulling a wagon half of the time)
