So ... what's it going to be? I think mine will be:
a 30-minute walk at least once per week
a 30-minute Gazelle session at least once per week
weights and floor exercises at least once per week
And a minimum of 100 oz. of water
I am not going to stop on the way to work for a Coke.
I am not going to stop on the way home from work and buy beer.
It's gonna be a looooong month.
