L. diet coke chicken, browned in 2tsp canols oil
S. Iced coffee
D. Watermelon & grapes
S. Vickie Muffin( I am cooking them now, I made them with vanilla pudding & peaches)
Didn't have much of an appetite at dinner so just had fruit.
