Default Saturday's Snackeroos - July 8

Breakfast: mini-wheats, lf milk

Gym: 20 oz water

Snack: LO popcorn, 16 oz bottled lemon water

Lunch: 4 slices bread, lf mayo, lf turkey breast, pickles, tomato, onion
sf ruby red grapefruit juice

6 pm: more water (8 oz)

Dinner:?? tbd

s: handful of Lucky Charms :/
l: salad w/lean gb patty, dressing, milk
s: ff yogurt & strawberries, 2 LF graham crackers
d: *out at Mexican restaurant - 1/4 of a taco salad, some chips, water
