Not core - but trying to control myself!
Breakfast: toasted bagel w/cream cheese, coffee w/light cream
Lunch: small piece LO rotisserie chicken, veggies (brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers) w/ranch dip, fruit salad
Snack: 1 banana, 1 apple
Dinner: minute/hip steaks grilled w/mushrooms, peppers and onions, baked potato, steamed broccoli & carrots
Snack: decaf non fat cappucino
