Default New to Core Program

Hello ladies,
I have been on the free trial period of WW online and have a question. When looking at a Core recipe and it list the number of servings for the recipe, are you limited to one serving or is it unlimited if it is a total Core recipe. Thanks

Nothing is unlimited. You eat until you are satisfied. First eat a normal size portion. If you are still hungry, eat another serving of veggies. If still hungry, have a half portion of the recipe. Pay attention to being satisfied.

Hey Mom! I always start out with a portion or what I think looks like a portion. If I'm still hungry, I eat more. That's the beauty of Core, that you don't have to be paranoid about serving sizes. But Susan is right. You have to learn to pay attention to your body and stop eating when you are satisfied.
