I dragged my butt on to the treadmill today and I'm actually 2/3 of the way to my exercise goal. I'm trying to keep on pace until the end of the month!

Water is good, healthy eating guidelines are good, and I'm now keeping track of the WPA's and AP's religiously.

One day at a time!

I did another 40 minutes on the treadmill today, despite the fact that a muscle in my hip is hurting. This weight has GOT to go. I hope to exceed my exercise goal this month.

I'm following the healthy eating guidelines, tracking my WPA's and AP's, drinking 8 eight ounce glasses of water daily.

I mowed for about an hour yesterday and am counting that towards my walking goal.
I'm not going to reach my goals but hopefully I can get close to my walking goal.

You're darned right you should count mowing, especially with a manual mower. I bet you were one hot and sweaty chick!

I just checked the activity website. Pushing a manual lawn mower for an hour when weighing 193 pounds burns 532 calories! Woo Hoo! Check that scale in a day or two.

Thanks Vickie. It sure did feel like serious exercise, and I'm quite the sore one today!

After cleaning house all day today, I gave myself another 40 minutes toward my exercise goal. So I met my goal and I'll try to exceed it before Monday if I can. I just realized that I need to figure out when to weigh in this week since my meeting is cancelled due to the holiday. Maybe I'll go on Tuesday.

I just wish the weight would start coming off again. Probably not until after TOM now.

I'm ready for a Fourth of July goal!

Well, I blew this one but the good thing about it is -- there's always another challenge on the horizon!

Upward and onward to July 4th!
