Now I'm ashamed to post mine behind you. I'm still ravenous (and indulging) from my antibiotics.
Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade chunky applesauce cooked in
Lunch: LO ww angel hair (points because I'm having sweet potato at dinner) with marinara, a couple of bites of chicken and mushrooms; grapes
Dinner: Pork chop, sweet potato with cinnamon, splenda, and smart balance (points), cauliflower
Snack: Cherry Garcia Smoothie

Frouf! Girl, I have to admire your strength. I know it's for religious reasons, but I also know how hungry you must be.

Vickie, if you have to be ashamed of your menu, I should be writhing in embarassment over mine!
b: bowl of cornflakes
l: 3 hot dogs, carrot chips with ranch dressing, milk
s: chocolate pudding
It's not looking very good so far, huh?

Holy cow! Sign me up for that plan!! Cornflakes, hot dogs, and chocolate pudding are some of my favorite foods!
But Angela, you know you're doing well. This one day of eating won't make a bit of difference in the long run, and maybe it's something you needed.

b. 1 1/2serving old fashioned oatmeal made with ffmilk and dried currants (1pt. for currants) I ran out of fruit
l. imitation lobster mixed with ff mayo, celery on top of Thomas' Lite whole grain English muffin (1 pt)
dinner baked potato with ff sour cream
7oz. filet mignon from Outbacks (daughter was over and we wanted a treat)
Here's my menu--I think it's a great idea to post. It's nine o'clock and I just finished dinner, so I won't have the usual popcorn tonight. Good luck to us all.

Oh, I'm new to this posting. I also had a banana as a late afternoon snack.

Wow Judy, I asked for your menu and now I'm sorry, because I eat WAY more than you!
You're definitely going to be walking in a winter onederland.
