Vickie, I hope Brodie doesn't have any more seizures, too. Your recipe sounds good. Let us know how it freezes--and tastes.

Nancy, take deep breaths. All will be "normal" again soon.

We have company coming in a few minutes. Two people are bringing their 9 yo's to get them started shooting and my gf is coming. The weather is perfect. Should be fun. We ate at R&K for lunch. I had roast beef and veggies. Yum!

Have a great day, all. Got to go set up target faces.

Good Morning Chicks!

Sandra, I'm glad your having so much fun. I saw the pictures on FB. I'm sure the Hunger Games did much to boost the popularity of your sport. Really cool. I'm thinking about reading the books again. I read them so fast the first time I'm sure that I missed a lot. How is Curtis feeling? I've had an allergy induced migraine for 3 days.

Rhonda, I'm jealous that you can take anti-inflammatories. I hope you are feeling tip top today. Wow....Toronto for 10 days! Something special planned or just going back to see old friends?

Mary Ann, it's cute that you've been too busy to post. I know the feeling.

Nancy, good news on the house sale yet?

Sloan and Pam....waving to you both too!

The Chicken Enchilada recipe was delicious. I'll let you know how it freezes. It was a bit more work than it needed to be since I didn't have any left over chicken and had to cook fresh. We cleaned our plates.

Brodie is doing well. We are just going to keep doing what we are doing and hoping that there are no more problems. Thank God we bought pet insurance this time. I don't even want to tell you how much we've spent!

Have a wonderful week.

Vickie, will you post the recipe here, please? I'd love to get it. Glad you have pet insurance. I have a friend who's been having migraines due to allergies, too I feel sorry for both of you.

Today was a fun day subbing. The vendor was there grilling and cooking sausage/fajitas/summer sausage/bacon/tortillas. All in all I did well. I did have 2 tortillas with just a little fajita meat and summer sausage. Don't tell them I said this but the summer sausage wasn't very good. The fajitas were awesome, though. When I left, one of the AG teachers told me he hoped they didn't ruin my wi tomorrow. Oh, well, if it did, it wasn't their fault. Life goes on.

Vickie...ouch on the migraine..hoping its improving by now..Hoping Brodies seizures stay "mild of the mild" or go away completely

Maryann..I like the shakes too..I blend them with some frozen blueberries & they make a good on the go breakfast. If I travel I try to carry one to take care of the first meal on the road..

Sandra..you sound busy with activities & company

Rhonda..is Toronto to see family ?? Have fun..

I took my son to see an Orthopedic Specialist this morning and he has surgery for his shoulder On Nov 9th. Hopefully I will be settled in the apartment by
then . The Dr said it will be in a sling 4 to 6 weeks .

Haven't heard a peep from the buyers about repair requests and Wed is the latest they can request. So either
a) they don't want any repairs
b) they just want a few and have waited to ask til the last minute
c) they plan to hit me with a long expensive list at the last minute thinking that I won't risk the sale 1 1/2 weeks before the move.
d) they are going to withdraw the contract

The due diligence ends on Wed but I am not sure if that means the end of
Wed or the start. I will check on that.
Maybe God is just teaching me to have peace under all circumstances..
