FRIDAY'S FOODS - Jan 26 menu

  • Well here goes:

    Breakfast: 1/2 c ff/sf yogurt mixed w/ 1 cup fresh blueberries, decaf w/light cream

    Snack: 1 banana

    Lunch: tbd - probably salad or something from food court as I did not bring my lunch today (maybe soup/salad combo?)

    Dinner: lemon/garlic marinated chicken breasts, greek salad, roast potatoes

    Snack: lf popcorn if hungry!

  • B: oatmeal, lf milk, yogurt, banana
    L: Ham steak, spinach and a salad
    D: I'm having soup and salad: DH gets the Garlicky Beans and Pork leftovers

    Snack: trying to stick with fruit

    B. cream of wheat with skim milk & banana
    L. stir fried steak & roasted chickpeas
    S. watermelon & core corn bread
    D. grilled chicken salad with ff dressing
