Not core - but trying hard not to overeat!
Breakfast: cheese sandwich (2 slices ww bread, 1 slice cheese, tomato, lettuce), cranberry juice (like not time to make tea or coffee!!!)
Snack/Lunch: popcorn, diet coke at movie
slice of rye bread, smoked meat at home (before going grocery shopping!)
Dinner: 4 slices multigrain baguette w/margarine, LARGE dinner salad: california salad: mixed spring greens, red onion slices, strawberries, sliced chicken breast, pecans w/mango poppyseed dressing), a few herb/garlic shrimp and pasta made by big ds
(very yummy)
2 flavored water bottles
diet ginger ale
10:30 pm and I'm hungry!!!!
