1.5 lbs 93% lean ground beef (raw)
3/4 cup uncooked white rice
2 or 3 bell peppers chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
1/2oz grated Parmesan cheese
1oz reduced fat Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic powder - to taste
Cook rice, drain, and set aside. Saute chopped peppers, onion, and ground beef together with whatever seasonings you like. I do salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Saute until beef is cooked through and peppers are tender. Mix in cooked rice. Sprinkle in parmesan while mixing. Place in a bake dish at 350 until the rice on the top starts to get a lil crispy.
Makes 6 servings at 6P+ each.
