my lack of butt

  • Ive come to accept that i have no butt haha. so does anyone know of some good butt exercises? thanks for the advice.

  • I have the exact same problem, no Butt. I have been told on here that squats and lunges will help with this. I haven't tried it. Mainly I just walk outside or on the treadmill as my butt dwindles more and more.

  • laffs @ the fake butt .. well it is an option lol .. but I always remember that one joke about the girl taking everything off .. all her ..*enchancements* and the guy being shocked .. seeing the fake hair, boobs, butt, eyelashes- all sittin in the chair lol
  • As Lilybelle says, lunges, squats, walking lunges, one legged lunges, sumo squats... I have an Oxygen Leg issue that is awesome and has several really good exercises. I just wrote to them to find out if you can get back specialty issues, I know you can get monthly back issues... I'lll let you know the answer...
  • thanks for all the advice, maybe ill opt for butt implants? lol just kidding, i think ill start incorperating lunges and squats into my daily workout... or lack there off, i run a mile and half everyday thats about it. thanks girls

    Stair climber is supposed to give you a well defined back side.
    I avoid it because I have a rather pronounced bum.
