Work out plan?

  • Hi everyone!
    I am in my twenties and am almost 320 lbs. But actually people when they look at me always guess that i'm about 200 LOL... boy i hide that well! anyways, last year I started exercising (actually around this identical time) and came to love it! But then stress and depression and it stopped. I'd like to start back, but how do I know how to construct a productive workout plan? We have a gym here at our complex so thats where I go (when I do go), so there arent any trainers, etc. to ask. Like how do I know what to do with the weight machines, or just working out in general.
