Monday: I am really excited...there is a block of streets here that form kind of a circle from my street, around and back. It is about 2.75 miles around. I have wanted to walk all the way around for a while. I made that goal today! It took about an hour, and I got in around 7000 steps already! The hardest part of the loop is the 'killer hill' at the end. Its about two blocks long, and very very steep. We took it slow, and stopped a few times in the shade, but it was not as bad as I had anticipated. I really feel like I reached a goal and accomplished something today!

Walked about two miles round trip from home, to wait for DD to get off the bus, then to the post office, then to the store, then to the library, then home. It's a small village

I wore a pedometer today. It says I did 7000 steps, but I don't really believe it.

I wore my pedometer today...my total for the day is 12,443. I DO believe it..as I was on my feet all day. It might have been better, but I got a HUGE splinter in my foot this evening. It took Tom 30 minutes to get it out, with me about screaming the whole time. It was over an inch long and about a 1/8 inch in diameter! Nasty! Nasty! Anyway, my heel is aching from it, so I did not get around as much.

Default Lost in the woods

Hello everyone,

I hope you still remember me... I've been MIA for years now. Well, I checked back in, to find Monet moderator and Debbie missing. I hope she's still around!

I am currently in Slovenia and completely OFF Sb. I tried South Beach diet, and both of them together make lovely sense.

I am also 30 weeks pregnant, so that's it for the diet plan!!

Hope all of you are doing great, and I'll try to keep in touch.

Vesna
