I have been on SB faithfully for 2 weeks following phase 1. Before that I was on Atkins for 2 weeks. I have been walking for 30 min daily, this is week 2 for that.
At the beginning I lost approx. 8lbs. then gained back 5, now nothing is moving.....
I am following the phase 1 foods... drinking more than the required water....
I am getting very down about this, but I am going to keep moving. I cannot understand why this would not be helping especially when I review my lifestyle before program....
HELP!
