Hi all,
I just joined LAWL last week, and started my express today. (I'm hungry because I refuse to chicken or steak for breakfast...)
I'm 36 yrs old, married for 4 yrs in May. We have a wonderful 2 year old son who keeps me very busy. On the way to conceiving him I managed to gain 30lbs, and then another 25 during my pregnancy. I lost 22lbs immediately after giving birth, but have gained it back again. I wasn't a thin girl to start with, but now I'm at my breaking point...not happy with my fitness level, the way my clothes fit, the way my body looks or feels.
I'm starting on the red plan, probably with lites, but I'll have to make that decision on Thursday when I return to my COD. My goal for now is to lose 75 lbs, which would bring me to 170. I've been very comfortable at that weight in the past, and when I get to that point I'll see how I feel and if I want to lose more, or just maintain for a while.
I'm the type who needs lots of support and encouragement and accountability, so I'm thrilled to have found this forum. Can't wait to get to know you all better.
