LOL on the Pork!!!! I found a sugar-free BBQ sauce that I like (NOT Walden Farms)...G. Hughes line of SF sauces - they do have 5-10 cals/serving (which is ~2T) so I use sparingly - but I can just NOT take the WF! With the exception of the Pancake Syrup and 1000 Island (only in the Big Mac in a Bowl) - I'm not a WF fan.
