    Vanilla RTD

    Snack @ 11am: Jello
    Strawberry-Banana RTD
    1T Great Lakes Gelatin

    Lunch @ 2pm: Soup & Salad
    2c Cauliflower Puree
    1c Chicken Stock
    Potato Puree Mix
    Romaine Lettuce
    Dressing (EVOO + ACV + Mustard + Lemon Juice)

    Dinner @ 6pm:
    Chicken Breast
    Zoodles
    Some type of SF sauce...Ginger/Soy/Asian?

    WI is Today at 4:45!!!!

  • The Mac and cheese isn't great, not terrible.

    LOL on the Pork!!!! I found a sugar-free BBQ sauce that I like (NOT Walden Farms)...G. Hughes line of SF sauces - they do have 5-10 cals/serving (which is ~2T) so I use sparingly - but I can just NOT take the WF! With the exception of the Pancake Syrup and 1000 Island (only in the Big Mac in a Bowl) - I'm not a WF fan.

    I’m with you Liz! The G. Hughes BBQ sauce is great! They also have a sugar free ketchup that is good.
