L - 2 c cucumbers, lettuce, banana pudding
D - 8 oz ground beef, 2 c roasted cabbage
Sn - built bar

Beginning Week 4 - have lost 16lbs the first 3 weeks!! Long ways to go, but I will get there!!

Day 22 -

Sn - creamsicle drink
Water, water, water
