I wanted to see if we can get a Cereal List started that is LAWL approved. Any cereals that DO NOT list SUGAR/SALT in the first five ingredients are approved for any LAWL plan. Since I follow my Outdated Color Plan Guide most cereals are no longer produced (such as Kashi “Good Friends”). I was hoping to get a list started with any newly marketed cereals such as Special K, Puffins (new flavors), Post Bunches of Oats, ETC.
I’m going to compile a list tomorrow when I go shopping and update this post with suggestions. Anyone is welcome to add any cereals and I can start a master list for future references! Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions!
